Music Together® Tuition & Make-up Policy

When you enroll in a class, you'll pay your current month's + your last month's tuition. After that, tuition will be charged on the 1st of each month. Your family is guaranteed to keep your class time throughout the year (as long as available), until you request a change. Enroll once and enjoy music class with your children, advancing through the program. Your second payment may be charged soon after you register, depending on when in the month it falls. When your family is approaching their final month with Family Rhythms, simply give our office 30 days notice and we will apply the prepaid tuition toward your last month. Take this opportunity to relax, enjoy ongoing enrollment, and delight in your music classes with ease. Your monthly tuition includes 42 weeks of classes during the calendar year and all classroom handouts and materials. Classes are held every week, with 8 scheduled intermittent weeks off. This allows 2 additional weeks off for teacher illness or weather related cancelations. Classes are canceled for weather if Vancouver Public Schools calls a snow day. We offer unlimited make-up classes during the current semester! You must register for them using our make-up scheduler.

Wellness Policy

We ask for your help in keeping all the members of our musical community healthy by following these protocols. Your vigilance and adherence to this health policy is extremely important. Please err on the side of caution and take advantage of our generous make-up policy. Keep your child home if you think there is any chance you or they are sick.

Before class please do a quick health assessment and stay home if you or anyone living in your home is showing symptoms of illness.

We will switch to online classes if Washington State mandates change in current protocols. There will be no refunds or credits due to classes moving online.

An inherent risk of exposure to illness exists in any public place where people are present. By attending class at the Family Rhythms, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to illness.

Music Together® Class Expectations

Your active participation (regardless of what you think about your musical ability) is the key to children learning and growing musically. Support our music-making enrvironment by limiting the amount of talking your do to your children and other adults during class. It is difficult for a young child (and your teacher) to tune out adult conversation, so please wait to socialize until after class. Please arrive on time or a few minutes early! We don't want to miss singing hello to you.

Please wash all family members' hands or use hand sanitizer upon entry to class. Shoes and belongings will be left at the back the classroom.

Media Release

From time to time photos or videos may be taken during class and used for the purposes of promoting our classes on our website, flyers, and/or social media pages. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to have you and/or your child's photo taken and used for such purposes.

We love to see and share your photos on social media. Please tag us!
